Ingredients

Fresh Meat

  • 400g of pork sausages, good quality

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 2 fennel bulbs, approx. 300g
  • 1/2 bunch of wild garlic, if not in season use 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • fennel fronds
  • lemon zest

Beverages

  • 100ml of dry white wine

Store Cupboard

  • 200ml of vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp of tomato purée
  • Panko breadcrumbs (1), toasted

Cereals, Grains & Pasta

  • 400g of tinned cannellini beans, drained
