Sausage and baked bean casserole

Ingredients

Fresh Meat

  • 8 pork sausages

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 large white onion

Beverages

  • 1l water, cold

Store Cupboard

  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 1 tbsp of English mustard
  • 400g of tinned baked beans with reduced sugar and salt
  • 1 pinch of salt

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 tbsp of parsley, chopped

Oils & Vinegars

  • 50ml of vegetable oil
