Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red chilli, sliced
  • 1 pak choi, 8 small leaves

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 5g of fresh ginger, grated
  • 20g of lemongrass, fresh
  • 4 bay leaves, dry

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 20g of turmeric, fresh, finely grated
  • 2 small red chillies, thinly sliced

Store Cupboard

  • 355ml of fish stock
  • 400ml of coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp of fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sesame seeds

Oils & Vinegars

  • 2 tsp peanut oil
