Honey and garlic roasted cauliflower with spicy sake dipping sauce

Ingredients

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 500g of cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 bird's eye chilli
  • 1 tbsp of spring onions, finely sliced

Store Cupboard

  • 1 tbsp of garlic powder
  • 90g of honey
  • 2 tbsp of sriracha, or similar hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of cornflour
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes, (optional)
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Oils & Vinegars

  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

Beverages

  • 75ml of sake, such as Yutaka cooking sake
