Ingredients
Fruit & Vegetables
500g of cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
5 garlic cloves
1 bird's eye chilli
1 tbsp of spring onions, finely sliced
Store Cupboard
1 tbsp of garlic powder
90g of honey
2 tbsp of sriracha, or similar hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp of cornflour
salt
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
Spices & Dried Herbs
1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes, (optional)
freshly ground black pepper
1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp of olive oil
Beverages
75ml of sake, such as Yutaka cooking sake
