Prawns with sweetcorn and special seafood seasoning dust

Ingredients

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tbsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped

Store Cupboard

  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp of sea salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground white pepper

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 4 fresh corn on the cob, (or 1 per person), preferably in their husks
  • lemon wedges, to serve

Fish & Shellfish

  • 20 king prawns, (shells on)

Oils & Vinegars

  • neutral oil, for cooking
