  • 12 royal kidney potatoes
  • 2 avocados, ripened

Store Cupboard

  • 4 duck eggs
  • salt
  • black pepper, freshly ground

Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 tbsp of malt vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 dash of sherry vinegar

Fresh Meat

  • 8 rashers of raw pancetta, cut very thinly

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 1 tbsp of tarragon, leaves picked
  • 1 tbsp of dill, chopped
