  • 200g of chorizo sausage, finely sliced or diced

  • 550g of pearl barley

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1 carrot, peeled and halved lengthways
  • 1 onion, peeled and halved lengthways
  • 1 leek
  • 1 lemon, zested

Oils & Vinegars

  • 4 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp rosemary, chopped

  • 2 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp thyme, chopped

  • 2 tsp paprika
