Ingredients
Fresh Meat
450g of pork liver, thinly sliced
Store Cupboard
50g of plain flour
51g of cornflour
salt
pepper
175ml of maple syrup
100g of redcurrant jelly
100ml of beef stock
2 tbsp of dark soy sauce
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 dash of Tabasco
1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salad & Fresh Herbs
200g of beansprouts
20g of fresh ginger, peeled and finely chop
Fruit & Vegetables
1 red chilli, de-seed, finely chopped
1 1/2 oranges, zest only
2 shallots, finely diced
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
250ml of pineapple juice
2 plum tomatoes, peeled and seeded
Spices & Dried Herbs
1 green chilli, de-seed, finely chopped
2 pinches of mixed spice
Oils & Vinegars
50ml of sunflower oil
Beverages
100ml of whisky
200ml of port
100ml of red wine
