2 pigs tails
1/2 pig's head
400g of pork belly with skin on
400g of pork tenderloin
Fruit & Vegetables
2 onions, roughly chopped
2 leeks, roughly chopped
4 carrots, roughly chopped
6 savoy cabbage leaves
250g of Medjool dates
1 head of broccoli
6 baby leeks
2 butternut squash, tops removed, cut into cubes
Beverages
400ml of red wine
Salad & Fresh Herbs
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
Oils & Vinegars
1 tbsp of sherry vinegar
4 tbsp of olive oil

100g of plain flour
100g of breadcrumbs

2 eggs, beaten
50g of butter
Spices & Dried Herbs
1 tbsp of five-spice powder
