Plaice and mint chutney rolls

Ingredients

Fish & Shellfish

  • 4 plaice fillets, skinned

Oils & Vinegars

  • 1000ml of vegetable oil

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 25g of fresh mint
  • 1 bunch of coriander, approx. 100g

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1 handful of baby spinach
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 1 tbsp of ginger
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain seeds, optional
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

Dairy

  • 2 tbsp of natural yoghurt

Store Cupboard

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 tbsp of gram flour
  • 2 tbsp of gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
