Ingredients

  • 150g of pickled herring, drained

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 12 new potatoes
  • 1/2 red onion, finely sliced into half moons

Store Cupboard

  • 5 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp caster sugar, optional
  • salt
  • 1 large crispbread

Dairy

  • 3 tbsp of crème fraîche

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 4 green cardamom pods
  • 2 tsp mild curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • freshly ground black pepper
