4 ostrich steaks, each weighing 150-200g
Dairy
1 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp of double cream
Fruit & Vegetables
1 white onion, medium, grated
2 garlic cloves, grated
250g of mushrooms, of your choice
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 sprig of thyme
Store Cupboard
100ml of beef stock
salt
pepper
Beverages
200ml of red wine, good quality
