2 red onions, finely sliced
2 garlic cloves
Spices & Dried Herbs
1 green chilli, finely chopped and de-seeded, if preferred
8g of root ginger, finely chopped
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
2 curry leaves
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
Dairy
1 tbsp of butter, melted
Store Cupboard
6 tbsp of gram flour
3 tbsp of rice flour
salt
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1/4 bunch of coriander, chopped
Oils & Vinegars
500ml of vegetable oil, for frying
