  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 75g of egg yolk
  • 220g of icing sugar

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 2 tsp lemon zest, finely grated
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 peach, sliced into eighths
  • 35ml of lemon juice
