500g of chestnut mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, sliced
6 garlic cloves, sliced
200g of Piccolo tomatoes, halved
1 red onion, finely chopped

1 tsp mustard seeds
2 green chillies, de-seeded and roughly chopped
1 tbsp of cumin seeds
1 tbsp of garam masala
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 tbsp of coriander seeds
Oils & Vinegars
51ml of rapeseed oil
1 tbsp of white wine vinegar

1l vegetable stock
50g of basmati rice
