75g of quinoa
Fruit & Vegetables
6 portobello mushrooms, cut into 4cm slices
2 garlic cloves
1 avocado, sliced
plum tomatoes, sliced
lettuce, shredded
gherkins
Oils & Vinegars
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
Spices & Dried Herbs
2 tbsp of chaat masala
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp ground coriander
Store Cupboard
400g of chickpeas, drained
2 tbsp of tahini
2 tbsp of soy sauce
8 dried apricots, thinly sliced
50g of Panko breadcrumbs
sriracha, (or another hot sauce of your choosing)
