1/2 tsp salt
280g of plain flour, sifted
2 tbsp of cacao nibs, plus extra for sprinkling
100g of milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
175g of dark chocolate, (70%) coarsely chopped
90g of icing sugar
1 tsp coffee granules, dissolved in 1 tsp boiling water

1 tsp vanilla bean paste

60ml of boiling water

220g of unsalted butter, softened
4 eggs, beaten
180ml of whole milk
300g of butter, softened
