1 knob of butter, large
75ml of double cream
100g of butter, melted
Fruit & Vegetables
1 onion, finely chopped
400g of potatoes, cooked, cut into 1cm cubes
3 garlic cloves, crushed
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 handful of parsley, chopped
Cheese
100g of cheddar, grated
30g of cheddar, grated

270g of filo pastry, 6 sheets
