Ingredients

Fresh Meat

  • 500g of lamb mince

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 2 green cardamom pods
  • 1 black cardamom pod
  • cinnamon stick, 1 inch in length
  • 3 cloves
  • 2 green chillies, slit
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 bunch of coriander, leaves only, chopped

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, ripe, finely chopped
  • 100g of petit pois, frozen

Store Cupboard

  • 1/2 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste
  • sea salt, finely ground

Dairy

  • 2 tbsp of yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp of ghee
  • 8 eggs, medium

Oils & Vinegars

  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
