4 lobster tails, fresh on shell
200g of king prawns
Store Cupboard
150g of linguine
150ml of lobster bisque
salt
pepper
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp of olive oil
extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
Salad & Fresh Herbs
basil leaves, chopped
Fruit & Vegetables
1 white onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
5 tomatoes, skinless and diced
1 red chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped

150ml of passata

100ml of white wine
