Oils & Vinegars

  • 5 1/2 tbsp of olive oil, plus extra for greasing
  • 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar

  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 4 pitta breads, or flat breads, toasted
