Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of caster sugar
  • 2l chicken stock
  • 4 sprigs of rosemary
  • salt

  • 150g of unsalted butter, cold and diced

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 400g tin of chopped tomato

Beverages

  • 250ml of red wine

Oils & Vinegars

  • 3 tbsp of red wine vinegar
  • 30ml of vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
