1 tbsp of caster sugar
2l chicken stock
4 sprigs of rosemary
salt

150g of unsalted butter, cold and diced
Fruit & Vegetables
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 large onion, diced
1 400g tin of chopped tomato
Beverages
250ml of red wine
Oils & Vinegars
3 tbsp of red wine vinegar
30ml of vegetable oil
3 tbsp of olive oil
Salad & Fresh Herbs
2 bay leaves
