Ingredients

  • 150g of onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 450g of tinned black beans, drained

Fresh Meat

  • 900g of lamb mince

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 1 tbsp of fresh herbs, such as parsley, marjoram and oregano
  • fresh parsley, chopped

Dairy

  • 1 egg, beaten

Oils & Vinegars

  • 5 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of rapeseed oil
