Ingredients

  • 800g of lamb fillet
  • 1 lamb shoulder, deboned and diced into small pieces
  • lamb stock
  • 180g of pork dripping

  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary, leaves picked and finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp of tomato paste

  • 350g of self-raising flour

  • 3 red onions, peeled and finely diced
  • 1/2 lemon, washed and deseeded, peel and flesh diced
  • 10 tomatoes, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 500g of purple sprouting broccoli
  • 24 baby carrots

Beverages

  • 375ml of white wine
  • 50ml of iced water, plus extra
  • 50ml of water

Dairy

  • 100g of unsalted butter
