Ingredients

Store Cupboard

  • 5 anchovies
  • 1 egg
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • lemon juice to taste
  • 1 banana shallot, sliced finely into rings
  • 6 asparagus spears

Oils & Vinegars

  • 10ml of white wine vinegar
  • 80ml of olive oil
  • 50ml of red wine vinegar
  • 1 dash of vegetable oil

Cheese

  • 25g of Parmesan, grated
  • Parmesan shavings

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Beverages

  • 50ml of water

Fresh Meat

  • 2 lamb neck fillets

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 1 romaine lettuce
