  • 2 tbsp of plain flour
  • Kewpie mayonnaise, or regular mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp of ketchup
  • 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp English mustard powder

Dairy

  • 1 egg

Oils & Vinegars

  • vegetable oil, for frying

Delicatessen

  • Japanese mustard, or Dijon mustard
