Kale and sago kebabs

Ingredients

  • 700g of kale
  • 200g of potatoes
  • 1 small beetroot, cooked
  • 20g of red onion, finely chopped

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 20g of green chillies, finely chopped
  • 24g of ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of saffron, soaked in 100ml warm water

Delicatessen

  • 300g of sago

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 20g of mint leaves
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves, finely chopped

Oils & Vinegars

  • vegetable oil, for cooking

  • 60g of cream cheese
