Irish cream chocolate mousse

6 eggs

200g of chocolate, minimum of 70% cocoa solids

2 tbsp of icing sugar

cocoa powder, or grated chocolate

4 tbsp of Irish cream liqueur

2 tbsp of whiskey

200ml of double cream, or whipping cream
