500g of puff pastry
1 egg yolk, beaten, to glaze

8 oyster mushrooms, or chestnut mushrooms if unavailable

3 garlic cloves, roughly chopped

1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
1/2 tbsp of chives, chopped

1 sprig of thyme
