Horse's neck

  • 50ml of Hennessy cognac, Fine
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • ginger ale
  • ice cubes

Garnish

  • lemon twists

Method

Fill a tall glass to the top with ice. Add the bitters, cognac and ginger ale and gently stir with a spoon. Add the lemon twist and serve
