  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 400g of cherry tomatoes on the vine, at room temperature
  • 1 shallot, finely diced
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 1/2 bunch of basil

Cheese

  • 50g of Parmesan, grated

Oils & Vinegars

  • 150ml of olive oil
