  • 35g of hazelnuts, nibbed
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 125g of sugar

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • nutmeg, freshly grated to taste

Dairy

  • 125g of butter, cold
  • 350ml of double cream
  • 350ml of full-fat milk
