  • 4 cooking chorizos
  • 4 morcilla sausages
  • 250g of pork belly, sliced into thick lardons

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1 white onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced

Store Cupboard

  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 600ml of vegetable stock, or water
  • 400g of white beans, (one tin, drained)
  • salt
  • pepper

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp pimentón
  • 1 pinch of powdered saffron

Oils & Vinegars

  • olive oil
