  • micro herbs, to garnish
  • 1 tsp yacon syrup, or caster sugar

Spices & Dried Herbs

Oils & Vinegars

  • 22ml of red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp white wine vinegar

Dairy

  • 120ml of full-fat milk

Alcohol

  • 2 tbsp of Pisco, or vodka
