  • 150g of caster sugar

  • 1 punnet of raspberries, a few reserved for garnish
  • 1 punnet of blackberries, a few reserved for garnish
  • 1 punnet of blueberries, a few reserved for garnish
  • 500g of strawberries, hulled
  • 50ml of lemon juice, juiced
