Ingredients

Store Cupboard

  • 115g of basmati rice
  • 285ml of chicken stock, hot
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • sugar
  • salt
  • pepper

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 55g of peas, cooked
  • 1 raw beetroot, grated
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 4 cauliflower florets, chopped

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 1 handful of mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 handful of parsley, chopped

Dairy

  • 1 knob of butter
  • 1 tsp natural yoghurt

Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
