400g of tinned plum tomatoes
200ml of vegetable stock
2 pinches of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
Fruit & Vegetables
1 red onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tbsp of lime juice
Spices & Dried Herbs
1/2 tsp ground coriander
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 bunch of coriander, small, roughly chopped
Oils & Vinegars
31 tbsp of olive oil
Bakery
3 slices of sourdough bread, cut into cubes
Cheese
80g of half fat medium cheese, grated
Dairy
200ml of milk
