  • 9 medium free-range eggs
  • 80g of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Oils & Vinegars

  • 300ml of distilled vinegar

Beverages

  • 150ml of water

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 2 tbsp of mild curry powder
  • turmeric, one 7cm piece, peeled
  • 1 tbsp of mustard seeds
  • 2 bay leaves

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 3 slices of lemon peel
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
