150g of bulgur wheat
40g of pine nuts
salt
black pepper
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Speciality Ingredients
2 tbsp of agave syrup
Spices & Dried Herbs
1/2 tsp curry powder, adjust to taste
Fruit & Vegetables
1 carrot, grated
1 green pepper, finely diced
3 spring onions, sliced
150g of sweetcorn
Salad & Fresh Herbs
4 tbsp of coriander, chopped
