  • 1000g of cooked crab
  • 25g of bottarga, grated

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 2 bulbs of fennel, chopped

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 1 radicchio
  • 2 handfuls of dandelion leaves
  • 2 handfuls of rocket

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1 lemon, juiced

Oils & Vinegars

  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 dash of olive oil
