  • 1 dash of white wine vinegar

Fresh Meat

  • 4 boneless chicken thighs, with skin or without depending on preference

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced

Beverages

  • 200ml of white wine

Store Cupboard

  • 500ml of chicken stock
  • salt
  • pepper

Dairy

  • 150ml of double cream

Cheese

  • 100g of Comté cheese, cubed

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 1 handful of parsley, leaves chopped
