200g of cod fillet, boneless, cut into 1cm cubes

150g of plain flour
2 pinches of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
Bakery
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
Dairy
125ml of milk
2 tbsp of buttermilk
Fruit & Vegetables
2 shallots, chopped
2 spring onions, chopped
4 large potatoes
1 cucumber, peeled and cut into ribbons
Oils & Vinegars
1000ml of vegetable oil
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 bunch of chives, chopped
