  • 1 tbsp of granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 3 red chillies
  • 2 bird's eye chillies, crushed
  • 8 Asian shallots, crushed
  • 8 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 lime, juiced
