  • 150g of spelt flour
  • 50g of light brown sugar
  • 50g of cobnuts, shells removed, roasted and finely chopped
  • 1 tsp sugar

Dairy

  • 100g of unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 free-range eggs, beaten

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 2 Cox's apples, sliced into discs

Beverages

  • 1 tsp cider, or apple juice
