Ingredients
Fresh Meat
150g of beef mince
12g of preserved kohlrabi, also known as tai tow choy, finely chopped (available in Asian supermarkets)
Spices & Dried Herbs
5 coriander stalks, finely chopped
1 pinch of freshly ground white pepper
1 handful of fresh coriander, roughly chopped
Beverages
5 tbsp of water
300ml of boiling water
Store Cupboard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp of potato starch
3 tbsp of dark soy sauce
Oils & Vinegars
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil
Cooking Sauces
1 tbsp of light soy sauce

230g of jasmine rice

1 egg

1 spring onion, sliced
