Ingredients

Store Cupboard

  • 150g of self-raising flour
  • 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 150g of soft brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp of espresso coffee, mixed with 1 tbsp hot water
  • 1 tsp red food colouring, (optional)
  • 90g of plain flour
  • 50g of caster sugar
  • 50g of pecan nuts, chopped

Bakery

  • 1 tsp baking powder

Dairy

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 100g of butter, melted
  • 50g of butter
