  • 150g of granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 60g of rye flour
  • 110g of plain flour
  • 100g of chocolate chips, plain
  • 1 tsp icing sugar, for dusting

Oils & Vinegars

  • 100ml of vegetable oil

Dairy

  • 4 tbsp of plain yoghurt

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
