Ingredients

  • 600g of chicken breast, skinless

  • 500ml of chicken stock
  • 200g of puy lentils
  • 1 tbsp of capers
  • 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1 white onion, finely chopped or blended
  • 2 celery sticks, finely chopped or blended
  • 1 carrot, finely chopped or blended
  • 12 asparagus spears
  • 4 garlic cloves

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 bunch of parsley, large
  • 1 bunch of mint, large
  • 1 bunch of basil, large

Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 tbsp of rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of rapeseed oil
