Chicken Christmas crackers

Ingredients

Fresh Meat

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2cm cubes

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 2 onions, cut into 1cm slices
  • 12 mushrooms, cut into 1cm slices
  • 200g of broccoli florets, small

Store Cupboard

  • 6 dried mushrooms
  • 300ml of chicken stock
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 8 filo pastry sheets

Dairy

  • 200ml of half fat crème fraîche
  • 100g of butter, melted
  • 200ml of half fat crème fraîche

Oils & Vinegars

  • 75ml of rapeseed oil

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 2 tsp chives, chopped
