4 large mashing potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes (approximately 500g)
1 medium onion, chopped
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
Cheese
175g of cheddar, grated
100g of Parmesan, grated
Dairy
100ml of cream
2 eggs
Store Cupboard
salt
pepper
3 tbsp of crispy shallots
Spices & Dried Herbs
1 handful of oregano, finely chopped
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 handful of basil, finely chopped
